PERSONALISED LINKEDIN STRATEGY

1:1 LinkedIn coaching

An hour to work through your positioning, content and networking strategy, so you know where to focus your time on LinkedIn.

You might be running your own business, trying to attract more of the right clients or looking to build a stronger reputation in your industry. Whatever your starting point, it's easy to spend time on LinkedIn without being particularly sure where that effort is getting you.

In our 60-minute session, we'll look at what you're trying to achieve, who you want to reach and how you're currently using LinkedIn. We can work through your positioning, content, networking and anything else you're finding difficult.

This is your opportunity to ask questions, explore ideas and get advice specific to your business, so you leave knowing what to prioritise and how to put it into practice yourself.

Sound familiar?

You open LinkedIn for a quick look and see someone in a similar line of work getting sixty-three comments on a post. One of them is from someone you'd absolutely love to work with.

Later, you decide to write something yourself. You spend ages on it, change the opening four times, second-guess the ending and finally hit publish.

Two likes. One of them from someone you went to school with who has nothing to do with your industry.

So you tell yourself you'll have another go next week. Except next week you're busy, and the week after that too.

Or perhaps you're already posting regularly and getting decent engagement. You've built a network, people seem interested in what you're saying, but you're not entirely sure how any of it is contributing to what you're trying to achieve.

Either way, LinkedIn becomes something you're spending time on without being particularly confident you're spending that time in the right places.

It's not always the content that needs changing.

You could be writing perfectly good posts, but the people you actually want to reach aren't seeing them.

Your profile might explain what you do beautifully, but you haven't really thought about who you're connecting with or how you're developing those relationships.

Or you might have all of that in place and simply need someone to challenge your thinking, give you a different perspective or point out something you've overlooked.

That's the difficulty with LinkedIn. There's so much advice about what you should be doing, but very little consideration for whether any of it makes sense for your business.

What works for someone else might be completely wrong for you.

Before deciding you need to post more, change your profile or spend another hour commenting on people's content, it's worth working out what you're trying to achieve and where your time could make the biggest difference.

What can change in an hour?

Here's how it works.

Before we meet, I'll ask you to complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your business, what you're trying to achieve and where you're getting stuck. I'll also review your LinkedIn profile and recent content, so I'm not coming into the conversation cold.

During our 60 minutes together, we'll get into the things that matter to you. That might be your positioning, what you're posting, how to find the right people or how to start developing relationships with them.

You can ask questions, bounce ideas around and challenge my suggestions. It's a working session, not an hour of me talking at you.

Afterwards, I'll send you the recording and a personalised action plan so you know what to focus on and how to start putting it into practice.

Why work with me?

I've been building businesses since 2013, and I've worked in marketing for more than six years. So I tend to look at LinkedIn from a business perspective, rather than just thinking about what content to post.

I spend my working days developing strategies, creating content and building relationships for clients. I see where people get stuck, where they're spending time on things that aren't getting them anywhere and what can happen when they start approaching LinkedIn differently.

When we work together, I'll give you my perspective on what I'd change, what I'd leave alone and where I'd focus your time. You can ask questions, challenge my suggestions and work through ideas with me.

You're not getting a generic list of LinkedIn tips. You're getting an hour of my experience, applied to your situation.
