This privacy policy explains how Naysha Gane ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit www.nayshagane.co.uk, book a call, or purchase services through this website.

2. What Data I Collect
I may collect the following personal data:

  • Your name and email address when you make a purchase, book a call or contact me

  • Your LinkedIn profile URL and questionnaire answers when you purchase an Executive LinkedIn Profile Audit

  • Your name, email address and any answers you provide when you book a call through Calendly

  • Your phone number, if you use WhatsApp support as part of a coaching session

  • Any information you choose to share through forms on this website

  • Payment information, processed securely by Squarespace Payments or Stripe. I do not see or store your card details.

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 9)

3. How I Use Your Data
I use your personal data to:

  • Deliver the services you have purchased or booked

  • Communicate with you about your order, booking or enquiry

  • Send you occasional marketing emails about my services, where you have given consent or where I have a legitimate interest to do so

  • Understand how my website is used, so I can improve it

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing
I process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: processing is necessary to deliver the services you have purchased or booked

  • Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, communicate with you about services relevant to your purchase, and improve my website

  • Consent: for email marketing where you have opted in, and for non-essential cookies where required

  • Legal obligation: where required by law, such as keeping financial records

5. Email Marketing
If you purchase a service from me, I may send you occasional emails with LinkedIn tips, insights and information about my services. You will be given the chance to opt out when you purchase, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact me at naysha@nayshagane.co.uk at any time.

I use Mailchimp to manage email marketing. Your email address is stored on Mailchimp's platform in line with their privacy policy.

6. Sharing Your Data
I do not sell your personal data. I share it only with trusted service providers who help me run my business, including:

  • Squarespace: website hosting, forms and payment processing

  • Stripe: payment processing

  • Calendly: call booking and scheduling

  • Mailchimp: email marketing

  • Loom: video delivery for profile audits

  • WhatsApp (Meta): messaging support for coaching clients

  • [If relevant: AI tools such as [names], which I use to help with research and drafting. The strategy, thinking and final edit are always my own.]

All service providers are required to handle your data securely and in line with UK data protection law.

7. International Transfers
Some of the service providers listed above are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK-US Data Bridge or the UK's approved international data transfer agreements.

8. How Long I Keep Your Data
I keep your personal data only for as long as I need it for the purposes it was collected for, including legal and accounting requirements.

  • Purchase records are kept for at least 6 years, in line with HMRC requirements

  • Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it

  • Enquiries and booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond and deliver the service

9. Cookies
This website uses cookies to make it work and to understand how visitors use it, so I can improve it. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser settings. 10. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct inaccurate data

  • Ask me to delete your data

  • Object to, or ask me to restrict, how I use your data

  • Withdraw your consent at any time, where I rely on consent

  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk
