LinkedIn that works while you run your business.

YOU'VE GOT A BUSINESS TO RUN.

You know LinkedIn matters, you've known it for a while and at some point you even tried, posted a few times, maybe hired someone to help, maybe sat through a course. It moved forward for a bit and then it didn't, and somewhere along the way it slipped back to the bottom of the list.

There are only so many hours. LinkedIn keeps losing out to the things that are on fire right now.

The problem is the opportunity cost is invisible. You can't see the conversations that didn't happen, the clients who found someone else, the decision makers who scrolled past your profile and kept going.

But it's there.

You don't need to learn LinkedIn, you need someone to run it.

It doesn't have to stay like this.

The founders and CEOs I work with are exceptional at what they do. They're not on LinkedIn consistently because they lack discipline or don't understand the value, they're not on it because running a business is relentless and something always comes first.

What changes when I come in is simple. LinkedIn stops being the thing you'll get to eventually and starts being the channel quietly working for your business every single day. While you're in client meetings, closing deals, building your team, I'm building your presence.

Here's what that looks like.

Every month I handle everything. Content written in your voice, posted consistently. Your profile and company page working together as a coherent business development tool.

Once a month we spend 30 minutes together. I ask the questions, you talk. That conversation becomes the foundation of the following month's content. Your words, your thinking, your stories, shaped into posts that sound like you.

Strategic outreach to the right people, no spam, no mass DMs, just considered relationship building with the decision makers who matter to your business.

Real conversations started in your DMs and moved forward. Engagement in the right places so your name becomes familiar before anyone's even clicked on your profile.

At the end of every month you get a clear report. What's growing, what's working, where the opportunities are coming from.

You show up and I handle everything else.

This is for you if:

You're a founder, CEO or senior leader who has tried to make LinkedIn work and run out of road. Or you've never really started because the time has never been there. Either way, you're ready to hand it to someone who does this every single day, for businesses exactly like yours, and treats your LinkedIn like the business development asset it should be.

You want pipeline, not vanity metrics. Real conversations with real buyers, not follower counts to screenshot.

This isn't for you if you're looking for a quick win or someone to post generic content and call it a strategy. I work with businesses who are serious about LinkedIn as a long-term commercial tool, and I bring that same seriousness to every client I take on.

"I've had speaking invitations come my way because of the visibility."

“Working with Naysha has helped me show up more consistently and more intentionally on LinkedIn as a CEO and Founder in home health and hospice. She’s taken my story and our mission at Apex and turned them into content that people actually feel. Because of that visibility, I’ve had speaking invitations come my way, and one RN even told me, “This is the company I should belong to” after reading a post. I’ve also heard from people in the industry that they trust our company more because they understand who we are and why we do this work. I’m grateful for the way Naysha has helped get that story out into the world.”

The investment.

Every engagement is scoped around your business, your goals and what LinkedIn actually needs to do for you. It's not a package off a shelf, it's built around where you are and where you want to get to.

What you're probably thinking right now.

  • Once a month we have a conversation, a relaxed 30 minute interview where I ask you about what's happening in your business, what you've been thinking about, what your clients have been asking. That conversation is where the content comes from. Your voice, your perspective and your thinking.

  • Very little after the first couple of weeks. Upfront I'll need some time to understand your voice, your business and your buyers properly. After that, most clients give me less than an hour a month, the monthly content conversation and a quick scan of the report. Everything else runs without you.

  • Most clients see their profile views increase and the right people starting to engage within the first few weeks.

I won't promise overnight results because anyone who does is lying to you.

Every month builds on the last, and the clients who've stayed with me longest are the ones seeing the biggest returns.

  • No. Some of my clients started with a few hundred connections and a profile that hadn't been touched in years. Following size matters far less than being visible to the right people, and that's exactly what we build.

The goal isn't a big audience, it's the right audience, and you don't need thousands of followers for LinkedIn to start generating real business.

  • Every month you get a clear report, what's grown, what's performing, where the conversations are coming from.

If something isn't working I'll tell you and we'll adjust. You'll always have a straight picture of what LinkedIn is doing for your business.

  • Before anything goes live I do a full audit of your profile, your positioning and any existing content. The first month is about getting the foundations right, your profile working as a sales tool, your voice documented, your ideal client clearly defined.

Content starts going out from week three, but the first month is also where we build everything the results sit on top of.
